Conditions of Sale:
- Freight charge may occur on small orders refer to price list.

Damaged in Transit:
We strive for the best customer experience, but uncontrollable factors may cause transit damage. If packaging or product is significantly damaged upon arrival:
- Take photos or videos of the damage.
- Contact us immediately.
For defective items:
- Capture evidence of damage.
- Contact us within 7 business days of receipt.
We’ll take necessary measures to improve our delivery service, including providing feedback to our delivery partner.
Wrong Item Delivered:
If you receive an incorrect item:
- Take a photo.
- Inform us within 3 business days.
- We’ll arrange the pick-up, return, and delivery of the correct item at no cost to you.

Warranty:
- Decorative lighting: 12-month warranty.
- LED products: 24-36 months, depending on the specific product.
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, such as electrical issue or part of the product us misfunctioning. We do not cover for the damage or the deficiency that made by the owner. The 12-month warranty beginning from the date of invoice.
- Lights and Lamps Au retain the authority to address a warranty claim through repair, replacement, or credit, as deemed appropriate. If you suspect an issue with your purchased item, kindly reach out to us at info@lightsandlamps.com.au, providing your original order/invoice number, accompanied by photos illustrating the problem and a concise description. Proof of purchase is essential, and an evaluation of the product may be necessary to ascertain eligibility for a refund or replacement. In the event of approval, the consumer will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the product to our Melbourne warehouse. Contact us at info@lightsandlamps.com.au with order/invoice number, photos, and a brief description for warranty claims.
Other Problems:
Contact us within 7 days after receiving goods for any other issues.
Change of Mind:
Products returned due to normal differences between the actual item and its image will be classified as ‘change-of-mind’ returns/refunds. This policy only applies to non-sale items currently in stock and will incur a 30% cancellation/restocking fee. No claims recognized after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns/refunds are not accepted for:
- Sale items
- Manufactured to order items
- Items shipped overseas
Lights and Lamps Australia reserves the right to approve or deny any change-of-mind return/refund requests at its discretion, without providing a reason.
If you decide to return your lights, please contact us by phone, email, or visit the store where you made the purchase within 7 days of receiving the item. Once approved, our team will provide instructions on how to return the item at your expense. A store credit, minus the 30% cancellation/restocking fee, will be issued within 5-7 days after we receive the returned item.
Change-of-mind returns/refunds must:
- Be in ‘as new’ condition
- Be securely packaged in the original packaging
- Not be used, assembled, scratched, or otherwise altered
All refunds, including change-of-mind returns, will be in the form of a store credit and customer will be responsible for the associated shipping cost.
