Damaged in Transit:

We strive for the best customer experience, but uncontrollable factors may cause transit damage. If packaging or product is significantly damaged upon arrival:

  • Take photos or videos of the damage.
  • Contact us immediately.

For defective items:

  • Capture evidence of damage.
  • Contact us within 7 business days of receipt.

We’ll take necessary measures to improve our delivery service, including providing feedback to our delivery partner.

Wrong Item Delivered:

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Take a photo.
  • Inform us within 3 business days.
  • We’ll arrange the pick-up, return, and delivery of the correct item at no cost to you.

Warranty:

  • Decorative lightings: 12-month warranty.
  • LED products: 24-36 months, depending on the specific product.
  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, such as electrical issue or part of the product us misfunctioning. We do not cover for the damage or the deficiency that made by the owner. The 12-month warranty beginning from the date of invoice.
  • Lights and Lamps Au retain the authority to address a warranty claim through repair, replacement, or credit, as deemed appropriate. If you suspect an issue with your purchased item, kindly reach out to us at info@lightsandlamps.com.au, providing your original order/invoice number, accompanied by photos illustrating the problem and a concise description. Proof of purchase is essential, and an evaluation of the product may be necessary to ascertain eligibility for a refund or replacement. In the event of approval, the consumer will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the product to our Melbourne warehouse. Change of Mind:

  • Returns due to variances from product images are considered ‘change-of-mind.’
  • All refunds, including change-of-mind returns, will be in the form of a store credit and customer will be responsible for the associated shipping cost.
